Lake View Barn has three Queen bedrooms plus a bunk house room above the garage that has three bunks all in 1800 sq ft.  The barn sleeps 13 in beds.  The covered patio has a grill big enough for the whole group plus a table for six.  The deck under the oak has another table and chairs.  The garage is a rainy day playroom with a pool table and foosball table.  The washer / dryer is in the garage plus an extra refrigerator.  Four parking spaces are easily accessible with more space by request.

 

Two kayaks are at the boat house for your enjoyment.  Life vests and water shoes are required to enjoy the water.  A golf cart in the garage is for your enjoyment as well.  Swim or fish off the dock.  Lake Wabaunsee fishing permits are included if you have your State of Kansas license.

 

Lake Wabaunsee is a spring fed lake in the heart of the Kansas Flint Hills. You are welcome to bring your boat, jet ski or sail boat. An inspection and permit will be required. Our big yearly event is Independence Day Boat parade and fireworks (you may shoot your own too)! Golfing, boating, hiking, bird watching and relaxing on the hammock are every day events! Bring your favorite book or plan to watch the game - satelite TV, Netflix movies and Pandora music provided. Don't forget the marshmallows! We've got a fire pit too!
